About

Phoebe Liu is a Chinese-American illustrator and designer. She currently resides in San Francisco. 

In June 2025, she completed a year-long Graphic Design Fellowship at Chronicle Books, where she designed books and gifts for kids.

In May 2023, she graduated from the Pratt Institute with a BFA in Illustration and Graphic Design.

In her spare time, she enjoys standing inside the circular connecting space of San Francsico’s trolleybuses, or staring idly at plants growing along the sidewalk.
